All products listed on our website are available in our warehouse in Riga, Latvia, except products marked as “pre-order”.

Products with “pre-order” are delivered within the timeframe, stated in the product description. This term does not include order processing and delivery times.

Order delivery times, depending on your address:

Riga - 1-2 working days

Latvia - 2-4 working days

EU Countries - 5-7 days.

Outside the European Union  - delivery terms depend on the shipping specifications, the courier of your choice and required export document. Please contact us to get estimates on delivery to your destination.

Order process:

1. After you place your order, your request will be processed by our managers within 24h. All orders received by 11:00 usually processed the same day.

2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with an invoice and payment details. If you did not receive this email within 24h from creating your order, please contact us.

3. Your products are reserved and the payment to be made within 3 working days. Once overdue, your order will be canceled automatically.

4. Your order will be scheduled for delivery within 24 hours after receiving your payment. One shipped, you will receive a notification with shipping details and a tracking number.
